In 1960 Isidoro and Grace Cosentino started the acquisition, development and management of real estate investments on the Monterey Peninsula located on the Central Coast of California. Through their sacrifice and hard work, the American dream of a better life for themselves and their children was fulfilled. While rising to a high level of success, they began sharing their knowledge of real estate with friends and family.  

In keeping with this family tradition of sharing knowledge in real estate, their children founded, Cosentino Realty Co., Inc. and Columbus Property Management in 1985 as a full service real estate company.  Today you will find our mission is still the same:  creating prosperity for our clients through honesty, integrity and hard work.
